All varieties tomatoes should be stored away from direct sunlight at room temperature for approximately two to three days, or until ripe and ready to use, after which refrigeration can slow the process of decay and prevent them from ripening further.

Sungold; Super sweet which are bright tangerine coloured. Great for snacking raw or slicing in half for salads, salsas and pizzas. For pasta, cook down the cherry tomatoes just until they burst. Shave some fine cheese over it. Roast tomatoes to make a vinaigrette. 300g bags

Cherry Falls; Cascading vines produces bright red, sweet, juicy, 1.5”. Cherry tomatoes are a versatile ingredient to have in your kitchen arsenal. Though cherry tomatoes are perfect for eating as-is fresh, cooking will enhance their sweetness and add depth to their flavour. Try flash blistering on the grill to impart smokiness, and making a sauce with mature fruits, or a tomato broth, which can be served warm or chilled. Caiman; Large beef style. This hybrid has large deep red coloured 8 oz round fruit with outstanding flavour. The size of the Beefsteak tomato makes it ideal for sandwiches and burgers. Try them in a stacked salad, sliced lengthwise and layered with avocado and mozzarella. Dice them and cook them down with garlic, olive oil, and fresh herbs for a quick pasta sauce. Or even roast slices of Beefsteak tomato with olive oil, salt and pepper, and then add to soups and sauces; roasting enhances their natural flavour. Sold individually - Per pound

Lemon Boy; Bright yellow tomato. This indeterminate lemon-yellow tomato produces globe shaped, 6 oz fruit that feature a mild, low acid flavour. Yellow tomatoes are first and foremost used for fresh eating. Raw Yellow tomatoes are excellent for slicing onto sandwiches or chopping into salads. They can be used in place of red tomatoes in any given recipe, hot or cold, and they can also be processed and cooked to make a unique and tasty yellow ketchup, paste, or tomato jam.
