Fermented Foods - Master Series

This Wednesday, December 7th at 7:00 pm learn how to create the most delicious homemade sauerkraut! Ryan will be a guest instructor this month, in Yvonne King's master series on fermented foods!

You can become involved by joining us in person by grabbing a ticket online! The first 10 people to register for the in-person class, get a free pickle tube top and weight that fit a wide-mouth jar, so they are all ready to rock and roll and start creating their own sauerkraut or other ferments at home. You can also attend online via zoom! We will be posting the link the day of for anyone who would like to join in that way!

For those that may not know, Yvonne is a gut health coach, based in Bashaw, Alberta! She will help you get started in making healthy changes that can help you find the connection between food, toxins or infections so you can find the root cause of your health issues.
