Yes, this talented man is our Alberta beef jerky and pork supplier. Providing the best quality, locally sourced specialty beef and pork products. Cured, aged, cooked and smoked to perfection with in house made seasonings and sauces. Providing a full gluten free experience for everyone to enjoy. All pork products are fed with GMO free Alberta grain!

We will start out by carrying his five different beef jerky’s; OG Cowboy, Peppered, Dill Pickle, XXX Hot and Sweet ’N’ Hot. 100g bags of Alberta Beef Jerky made in house made Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce substitute and pickle brine. Free of chemicals!

Next up we will be offering three different pork products that are all raised by a family owned pork operations, they feed their animals on locally grown cereal grains. Roasts are minimum 2.7-2.8 lbs & Steaks are two packs 1lb each.

Last but not least we now have a prosciutto style bacon. Slow cured, then aged for a week, smoked on applewood then aged for another week and after three weeks it’s sliced & packaged. To give you context, store bacon is a wet cure, then a liquid smoke bath then packaged with both water and liquid smoke. This bacon has a 3 week process before being packaged to minimize large amounts of salt, sugar and cure. Our Prosciutto Style bacon takes a long time but it truly is worth it. Bacon comes in 375g packages.
