Alrighty folks....it's Wednesday.... which means it's pizza night!!!!
This quick vid shows how I make the dough and build the pizza. The recipe is in the description box of the video for those that want to try this for themselves!

My version of a stuffed crust pizza! The girls are at Market wed afternoons and I make pizza for dinner those nights. This isn't really a cooking vid, more just showing you a bit of our daily routine!!
Here's the recipe!
Flour - 370g/
Warm Water - 215g/
Salt - 1 tsp
Active Yeast - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder - 1 tbsp
Dried herbs - 1-2 tbsp
Mix your sugar into the warm water to dissolve. Water should be warm...not hot, you want to activate the yeast, not kill it!
Once the sugar is mixed in, add your yeast and stir. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes for the yeast to wake up
Mix your salt, garlic powder and dried herbs into the flour.
After your yeast has woken up ( bubbles and foamy texture on top) add the olive oil to the flour mix, then the yeast and water. Bring this together and turn out onto a counter
Knead the dough for 10 minutes and you must sing the entire time or the taste will be off๐ญ
Place dough into a greased container, cover with a damp towel and sit in a warm, draft free place for an hour.
Turn dough out and knead the gas out of it.
Weigh and divide into 3-4 equal pieces (4 for thin crust)
Place in greased container, cover and let sit for 1-2 hrs
Roll out your pie crust to 12" wide
Add cheese and meat 1" in from the edge
Crimp the edge over the filling
Sauce and load it how you like it
475f for 20 mins or until golden brown cheese on top
