Priority List for the first dibs of freshness from Thistle Hill Farms this year!
1. Produce Boxes - every first harvest of any new produce, herbs, micro greens and edible flowers will go straight into our weekly boxes. We enjoy changing it up as often as possible and letting y'all have a little bit of everything from us.
2. Farmers' Markets - our market customers get second dibs on what is fresh and local. Find us at the Old Strathcona every Saturday from 8am-3pm and starting on May Long you can find us at Sylvan Lake on Friday’s from 4pm-7:30pm and The Red Deer Market at the Polytechnic from 8am-12:30pm.
3. Stand Alone on our Website - when we have an abundance of produce we will add them as a stand alone on our website, ready for individual purchase. Be patient with us as our growing season has just begun!

Row 2 - green, red & white kohlrabi heads
Row 3 - red & yellow cherry tomatoes, french breakfast radishes & loose leaf lettuce
Row 4 - pink mizuna greens, green, red & white kohlrabi heads
Row 5 - red mustard greens, beefsteak tomatoes, salanova & romaine lettuce heads
Row 6 - spinach greens
Row 7 - orange carrots
Row 8 - red beets & green scallions
Row 9 - arugula greens (located behind this photo)
Row 10 - arugula and mustard greens
Row 11 - romaine head lettuce
We are super close to preparing the other greenhouse for more greens. Our field rows will follow next with our large allium, beet and kohlrabi transplanting.
