Happy Sunday folks!!
Ryan here, with an attitude of gratitude this harvest season.
The field rows are looking amazing, the greenhouse is ready for the next round of growth, the garlic (2400) and onions (10000) are the biggest we have grown and are curing as we speak. I’m grateful for the amazing support our customers have shown by signing up for our Fall Veggie Box! It’s a wonderful time of year, filled with abundance on many levels.
Speaking of gratitude…..I am a very fortunate man that gets to work with such incredible young ladies. Rylee and Kailyn have quite literally been involved with every aspect of the nutrient dense, chemical free produce that you enjoy. They helped pick the varieties last Fall for our seed order. They have filled the trays, started the seeds, teased the seedlings out and into larger containers, transplanted strong starts into the barely thawed field in April, hand weeded 20,000+ sq ft more times than you’d believe, harvested, cleaned, packaged, marketed, transported, displayed and delivered.
I’m extremely grateful and proud of them both.
