Passing down our kitchen knowledge or recipes is essential to keeping traditions and the magic of home cooking alive. Our family is always open to try new dishes, food pairings, produce and seed varieties. This year we grew three different varieties or celery; green, giant red and Chinese white like shown in the photo. Our first year growing this veggie and of course we have learned the differences in flavour, texture, floral scent, use, and growth. Never stop exploring new opportunities, seeds and kitchen creations.
