1 Quart - Stores on your pantry shelf un-open for up to 6-8 months. Once opened used within 2 weeks.
Ingredients; large variety of locally grown heirloom and red tomatoes, shallots, storage onions, red Russian garlic, sugar, salt, basil, oregano, citric acid, & black pepper.
Using only produce and herbs grown by us or our neighbour farmers.

Works perfectly as;
pasta sauce
use as a base for tomato soup or meat sauces
add into soups, stews or cottage pies
use as a pizza sauce
Tomato Sauce pairs well with;
Fruit & Veggies - kale, cabbage, garlic, garlic scapes, tomatoes, arugula, onions, shallots, beets, carrots, parsley root, celeriac, broccolini, turnips, corn and avocado.
Dairy & Meats - beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, elk, bison, pork, bacon, sausage, aged meats, smoked meats, butter, milk, cream, cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
Others - balsamic vinegar, balsamic glaze, pasta noodles, bread, breadcrumbs, olive oil, basil, parsley, oregano and thyme.
