1 Quart - please keep upright in the fridge and make sure the cabbage is fully submerged in the brine.

All cabbage, vegetables and herbs that are used are grown by us! All chemical free.

It’s generally used as a condiment to add a unique flavour to foods, but can also be eaten as a side dish or healthy snack. 

Some ideas for using sauerkraut include: 

  • On a sandwich, hot dog, avocado toast or burrito

  • Pirogies or Cabbage Rolls 

  • As a dip for chips

  • Tossed in Salads 

  • Buddah Bowls 

  • Make into Soup

  • Spoonful a day

Ingredients;

Regular: Green Cabbage and Salt.

Rainbow; Green & Red Cabbage, Carrots, and Salt.

Garlic & Dill: Green Cabbage, Red Russian Garlic, Dill Weed and Salt.

Turmeric & Ginger: Cabbage, Carrots, Ginger Root, Salt, Turmeric and Black Pepper.

Red: Red Cabbage and Salt.

Raw sauerkraut is not cooked or heated before or after it has been put in the jar. This means that raw sauerkraut retains its beneficial bacteria and nutrients that are produced during the fermentation process and is unsealed. Raw sauerkraut is healthier than cooked sauerkraut because it is filled with live cultures and enzymes.
