Sold Individually - store for no longer than a week, squash is delicate and should be used right away.
Green long squash that has a spongy middle but firm outside. It offers a sweet summer flavours with notes of black peppercorn and nutty. These squash are mild in flavour, extremely versatile and can be prepared in sweet or savoury recipes. Grate them and add squash to muffins, meatballs, meatloaf or bread batter, or use to make vegetable pancakes and fritters. Thinly sliced works well in salads or sliced it thinly lengthwise is an excellent substitute for conventional noodles. Sliced squash can be grilled, steamed, sautéed or battered and fried. Larger more mature squashes are perfectly sized for hollowing and baking when stuffed with meats, cheeses and grains. The Zucchini blossoms additionally can be stuffed with soft cheeses and herbs then battered and fried.

Fruits and Vegetables - shallots, garlic scapes, bell peppers, sweet peppers, radishes, broccolini, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, corn, eggplant, onions, patty pan squash, potatoes, strawberries, and apple.
Dairy and Meats - eggs, sausage, roasted chicken, beef, turkey, fish, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan.
Others - parsley, basil and oregano, olive oil, pine nuts, breadcrumbs, citrus juice, beans, lentils and grains.
