Avgolemono Soup + Upcoming Markets
Kailyn made her famous Avgolemono soup. Created using our slow cooked chicken and veggie stock, farm raised chicken, our chopped frozen celery, homegrown carrots, shallots, garlic, dried dill herb, dried sorrel, colourful chicken eggs, locally made za’atar seasoning, lemon juice, jasmine rice, salt and pepper. Garnished with croutons made using locally made country sourdough loaf, extra virgin olive oil, za’atar seasoning, homemade garlic & onion powder, salt and pepper. Baked until golden brown and crunchy. Highly recommend croutons in soup instead of crackers, you can thank us later. Garnished with pea tendril micro greens.
