Farm To Flame Event - Reel

Reminiscing back on the Farm To Flame dinner event that we were graciously the feature in! 

This five course menu utilized blends of our baby micro greens, large array of herbs, herb flowers, edible flowers, heirloom rainbow tomatoes, cabbage, rainbow beets, three kinds of kohlrabi, and loads of different alliums. The 52lb prime rib was from our friends at Bashaw Meats and Sausage! Local food tastes amazing, y’all! 

The venue was rustic and lovely, we ate in the barn loft with the last of summer hanging in the air. We met so many likeminded and vibrant people from all across Alberta. Super special to be apart of a menu that fed a couple on their anniversary and two people celebrating their birthdays. 

Finally we would like to thank the hosts Melissa and Matt, the three Chef’s that prepared our food, Tyson Wright, Glenn Dayondon and Trevor Moan. Also can’t forget the serving staff and trucker the really cute pony bartender.
