Huge Beet Harvest - Reel

Major harvest are happening! We have finished up the garlic scapes a while back and now we are onto beets. In order to get a second batch of transplants in we need to have the first round out, processed and beds weeded! Eight rows is days of endless work, our knife hands are sore and even the wheelbarrows look tired! All jokes aside, hard work will pay off when we are munching on our own soil grown, chemical free beets until the new year.
