Market Season and Rainbow Kebabs!

Rainbow chicken and veggie kebab roasted on a cast iron grill. Veggies include the following, the last of our specialty cipollini red onions, pre boiled golden small beets, marinaded home raised herbed chicken breast, sliced zucchini, our own kohlrabi, easter egg radishes, local mushrooms and bell peppers. They were served with baked norland red potatoes and shallots, homemade tzatziki sauce and a handful of fresh broccoli micro greens.
