Steak Rolls - Recipes
Ingredients - Made Four Super Large Wraps;
1 Beef Tenderloin
Half Pound Asparagus
Handful of Fresh Carrots
4 Pearl Onions
1 Kohlrabi
Nasturtium Leaves
Viola Flowers
Salt and Pepper
Quarter the beef tenderloin into long strips. We evened out the four pieces, seasoned and layered with our fresh selection of vegetables. Rolled in all together and tooth picked it in place and cooked on the charcoal grill. I made a quick chimichurri sauce out of the small amount of fresh herbs available in our herb patch. If the charcoal grill is out it might as well cook the spud too! We tossed our russet potatoes, pearl onions, olive oil and seasoning together, then wrapped it in tinfoil. Garnished the dish with edible flowers and leaves!
