Purple Violetta Fingerling; This is a specialist heritage potato variety with an indigo blue skin and blue flesh, an attractive potato inside and out. They have a delicate sweet flavour, a slightly fluffy flesh and work well in savoury dishes. To retain the colour, it’s best to keep the skin on. It is a high-set fingerling type suitable for creamer production. They are popularly used in soups, gnocchi, and can be boiled and served with salmon, eggs, and green beans.

Fruit & Veggies - lemon, garlic, leafy greens, onions, tomatoes, beans, and mushrooms, asparagus, broccolini, hot peppers, radishes and kohlrabi.
