Locally Inspired Beef Dip
Here is our version of a Beef Dip. Started with the largest soft roll I could find, baked until warm and smeared with homemade garlic and herb mayo on both sides. We slow cooked a beef roast from Just Clean Beef earlier in the year, portioned and packaged them for our freezer. Took two packages out and reheated. Sautéed portobello mushrooms from Mona Mushrooms with fresh garlic, sweet onions, salt and pepper. Topped with grated Dill Sylvan Star Cheese, fresh arugula greens and nasturtium flowers. Forgot to snap a phonto of our homemade au jus dip.
Fresh garlic, sweet onions, white onions, warba potatoes, norland red potatoes and pickled kohlrabi are now available on the website as a stand alone or try our produce box for the freshest and most seasonal items from our market garden.
