Thank You August

Our crew is getting the last of our fall plantings in the ground the past month or so. All of our winter radishes, kohlrabi and beets are fully planted. We will work on getting the final sowings of greens and other tasty veg in the greenhouses and field to finish off our year.

All of our garlic is fully out and currently drying. Onions will be next to come out once the garlic is done. Looks like we should be getting purple, green and yellow beans soon enough, as well as carrots and radicchio!
