Summer Pastas - 5 For $20 Market Deal

Summer pastas can be super easy dish to whip up for us. Utilizing our homemade tomato sauce we made earlier in the year from our freezer stash of tomatoes, our dried herbs, storage onions and garlic!

Base of our home raised browned ground chicken, tomato sauce, chopped garlic scapes, onions, beet greens, local shiitake mushrooms and lovage over a bed sourdough radiatori noodles and garnished with tong ho and thyme herb flowers.
